~Angels~

"Angels" Did you see the angels smiling The day that you were born? Your smile lit up the Heavens On that bright and sunny morn. And gladness swept the treetops And caressed them with a breeze; The sunlight danced with laughter As it whispered to the trees. Did you hear the angels crying When you had that broken heart? You'd lost someone so dear to you, It tore your soul apart. Then, day by day, you realized That love would still be there; In memories of laughter, And sorrow, and despair. Did you hear the angels whisper As they sang a song of love? Did you feel their gentle presence As it streamed down from above? An angels always guards you He's just outside your door; And you'll hear that angel beckon To your heart, forever more. You'll hear that angel whisper You'll hear that angel cry; You'll see that angel smiling From the clouds up in the sky. Yes, angels watch, and care for you Because they love you so.
